All our products are stored in USA based warehouses.
Your order will arrive within 1-3 working days.
If you want to return an item and receive a full refund, please contact us on email@example.com and we will give you your refund back.
You are eligible for a refund for 30 days on any item you purchase from our store.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The shipping cost to the customer is payed by us, but the refunding shipping cost is paid by the customer.
If the product is defective, we take full responsibility and pay for it.
If the product is not defective, but you simply want to return it, we will do that with no questions asked. Please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
